Dsigns Australia referred to as (“we” or “us”) acknowledges and respects your privacy and is committed to complying with the Australian Privacy Principles as set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the “Privacy Act”). This policy explains the way in which Dsigns Australia endeavors to comply with its privacy obligations.
This policy applies to everyone who interacts with us directly or indirectly, including clients, employees of clients, suppliers, users of our website and job applicants. By providing your personal information to Dsigns Australia, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of that information as set out in this policy.
Collecting your personal information

If you wish to access your personal information you may, contact the Privacy Officer (see details below) at Dsigns Australia whereby you may be required to verify your identity. We can refuse a request to access personal information in certain circumstances as outlined in the APP’s, for example, where it would have an unreasonable impact on the privacy of others or if such access would be unlawful. If Dsigns Australia refuses to give you access to personal information it will give you a written notice stating the reasons for such refusal and the available alternatives should you wish to make a complaint.
You can complain to Dsigns Australia if you believe there has been a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles by accessing any of the following coordinates. We will consider your complaint and contact you as soon as reasonably practicable to inform you whether we need further information. Dsigns Australia will subsequently investigate the issue if need be and advise you in writing of the outcome of the investigation including the steps taken to resolve your complaint. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, we will advise you of further options including, if appropriate review by the Privacy Commissioner within the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
