Qualification criteria are agreed and written into the brief before the program launches — typically: service type match, location within your service area, job size above a minimum threshold, and timeframe (within 30 days, for example). Calls that don't match the criteria — wrong suburb, wrong service, no real intent — are flagged in the call recording and don't count toward your monthly tally.
