What's the difference between Essential, Pro and Premium? +
All three plans cover updates, backups, security and monitoring. Essential ($275/month) is maintenance only. Pro ($550/month) adds 2 hours of monthly website task time — enough for content updates, image swaps, form edits and small page changes. Premium ($990/month) adds 5 hours of monthly task time for sites that need more regular updates, landing page additions or content publishing support.
What booking systems or integrations do you maintain? +
We maintain WordPress sites built on any well-supported stack. Third-party integrations (booking systems, CRMs, payment gateways) are maintained to the extent that plugin or API updates keep them functional. Custom integrations are maintained on the Premium plan.
Can I add care plan cover to a site we didn't build? +
Yes — we do a one-time site audit ($200 + GST) to document the current state of the site (plugins, theme, hosting, existing issues) before starting a care plan. This ensures we're not inheriting problems without knowing about them.
