Hospitality Branding Agency

Hospitality branding that works on Instagram, on a menu under candlelight and on a 6m fascia all at once.

A hospitality brand has to perform across more surfaces simultaneously than almost any other business type: Instagram thumbnails at 40×40px, a 6-metre outdoor fascia, a menu at 30cm under warm candlelight, a takeaway cup held in someone's hand. Most hospitality branding that looks great in a Behance mockup falls apart in at least one of these environments. We design hospitality identities for Sydney cafés, restaurants, bars and dark kitchens with the full ecosystem in mind from concept one. For the digital side, pair the brand with our hospitality website design service for a coordinated launch.

    What you get

    What's Included in Hospitality Branding

    • Brand strategy and naming support — the concept, the positioning and the story before the visual system
    • Logo + secondary marks — icon, wordmark, monogram — each tested at small scale and large format
    • Menu design (print and digital PDF) — food and beverage hierarchy, legibility under low light
    • Signage: fascia, A-frame, window vinyl, directional — designed for your specific shopfront environment
    • Takeaway packaging: cups, bags, boxes — designed to carry the brand off-premises
    • Uniform and apron branding — embroidery-ready vectors and screen-print files
    • Instagram-ready brand template kit — Stories, posts and highlights designed to be editable by your team

    FAQ

    Straight answers, no fluff.

    Still got questions? .

Can you design the menus and the website at the same time? +

Yes — single team, one rollout. Most hospo clients pair branding with menu design, signage and a hospitality website. We scope the full package so everything is ready for launch day.

We're opening a new venue — when should we start? +

As soon as you have the venue confirmed and the concept locked. Branding should inform signage installation, menu printing and packaging orders — all of which have lead times that require brand assets to already exist. Starting 10–12 weeks before opening gives enough runway.

Can you design takeaway packaging? +

Yes — cups, bags, boxes, sleeves and tissue paper. Takeaway packaging is included in the hospitality branding scope or can be added as a standalone project via our packaging design service.
