    What revenue threshold does performance marketing make sense from? +

    For eCommerce, $50k+/month in revenue is the practical threshold — below that, the cross-channel complexity isn't justified, and a focused Google Shopping or Meta Ads engagement delivers better ROI per management dollar. For high-LTV service businesses (legal, financial, medical), a smaller revenue base is fine if the lifetime value per client is high enough to justify cross-channel acquisition costs.

    How do you handle attribution across channels? +

    We configure Data-Driven Attribution (DDA) in GA4 as the primary attribution model, with cross-channel Looker Studio reporting that shows each channel's contribution across the full conversion path. We also use periodic spend-down tests (pausing one channel for 2 weeks) to measure incremental contribution. Platform-reported ROAS (Google's, Meta's) is shown as context, not as the primary KPI — each platform overclaims attribution when viewed in isolation.

    How many creative variants do I need and who produces them? +

    5+ per month minimum to avoid ad fatigue across Meta and TikTok. We produce creative briefs and direction; production is either handled in-house (static, basic video) or scoped with your video team. We review and approve all creative before it goes into campaigns. For brands with strong visual assets, we can often produce 8–10 variants per month from existing footage.
